This address should also be the same address as is on file of your credit card company. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Inaccurate billing and identity information submitted to us will delay the shipment of your order.

Please note that If the total amount of payment is over $600(USD), the customer is required to contact our custom service before sending the money in case failed payment.

Western Union is one of the fastest ways to transfer money worldwide. With its cheaper and convenient office locations, we accept this payment method. 1.2. Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
We don't do COD orders. Statistics show that > 75% of COD orders turn out to be fraudulent, and cause too many problems. We do apologize to all the honest customers out there for any inconvenience.

1.3. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed and accepted by our billing department. On occasion, additional verification may be required, and you will be contacted by our billing department should additional information be necessary to process your order.

1.4. Are there any additional fees to be paid, besides the product price and the shipping fee?
No, the total charge is the item price plus the shipping fee. You will have full access to our customer support 24/7. The warranty is included for all items at no charge, and customer satisfaction as always is our number one priority.

2.1. How long does it take for shipment once the order is confirmed?
It takes approximately 4-7 business days for delivery to North America. For international orders, packages would take approximately 6-10 business days. (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays).

2.2. How much does shipping cost?

There is no limit to the number of products you order, and there would be only one shipping charge, so shipping can be combined on multiple orders.

2.3. Is there insurance on the package when shipped?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed. As such, in the event of failure of the delivery, we will reship the product to you, and will not charge you a second time.

2.4. How discreet is the package? Will people know what is inside or what was purchased?

We will resent the product to you with free of charges and we will not charge you twice.

2.10. How long will it take if you resend the product to me?
To resend the package, it will take another 9-12 business days from the day we confirm this information.

3. FAQs about Replica Watches
3.1. Is the watch full, solid stainless steel? Or is it stainless steel coated?
Yes, the watch is full and solid stainless steel. 3.9. I have a watch with a date indicator, how do I change the date?
To change date and time you can follow these procedures. Firstly, turn the button anti-clockwise for a few rounds until the button is loose. Then pull the button out softly by using your thumb nail and first finger nail. You shall feel a " click" here. There are two steps when you pull the button out. The first step is for setting the date (and Day if you have a Rolex Day-Date). The second step is for setting the local time. You can only set Date forward by turning button in one direction. When you are done with setting date and time, push back the button and wind it clockwise for a few times.

3.10. How do I set time?
To set time, you need to turn button in anti-clockwise direction if you have a screw-in lock watch. You need to softly pull the button out a little bit. The best way to do this is to use first and second finger and use finger knuckle as a lever in order to pull the button out with as little force as possible. You can feel a little " click" ! Now you can set the time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. When time is set, push the button back and turning the button clockwise for a few rounds.
